Reservations

For your convenience, we recommend that you call to reserve your appointments in advance and book your next service in advance prior to leaving Spa Central. This will ensure that you receive the day and time with your spa technician that works best for your schedule. We recommend that you plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time with us. In the event that you are late for your appointment, it may be necessary to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. There will not be a discounted price for shortened services.

Cancellations/No-Shows

Failure to show for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services. In the event you fail to keep your scheduled appointment, any future appointments will need to be held with a credit card at the time your appointment is scheduled to guarantee your service time.

Parking

Two hour parking is available in front of Spa Central. There is also a parking garage several blocks up the street on F Street and also on the corner of 4th Street and G Street.

Atmosphere

Your time is very important to us. We want to make sure we provide you the best experience possible. For this reason, for your children's safety, and for the courtesy of the other guests, please find care for your little ones prior to your appointment. We also ask that our employees and guests keep voices low, and cell phones are off or on silent mode.
