Cancellation Policy
Please note: Because spa services are reserved especially for you, and as a courtesy to our other clients, we require a 24-hour advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling an individual appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be charged 90% amount of the value of the scheduled treatments. Credit Cards may also be required to book an appointment. If there is a gift certificate on file for you, 100% of the service fee will be automatically deducted from the gift card balance. All professionals at Spa Central reserve the right to refuse service. Cancellation fee is due prior to scheduling your next appointment.
